We love this delicious and dairy-free Matcha Crepe recipe! It’s perfect to beat your Monday blues!
This crepe really easy to make and is powered with our Matcha Green Tea Powder (imported from Japan’s Nishio region) to help boost your energy for the long week ahead.
For the filling, we added in some fresh mangoes but you can opt to use fresh fruits or fillings of your choice! We also topped with it our Raw Cacao Nibs and Super Scoops Vanilla Caramel Pecan. So good!

Vegan Matcha Crepe
Preparation time: 20 mins
2 cup Flour
3 tsp Matcha Powder
4 tbs Coconut Sugar
1/4 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cup Soy Milk
4 tbs Vegan Butter
- Combine all dry ingredients, add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Heat pan and grease lightly with oil.
- Pour scant 1/4 cup batter into hot pan, immediately tilting pan until batter covers bottom. Cook until edges start to dry and center is set.
- Fill with desired filling and toppings. Serve!
