- Mash or quickly process the chickpeas. You can leave a few chunks.
- Transfer the chickpeas into a bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Form into patties or your shape of choice.
- Heat some oil in a pan.
- Once the pan is hot, place the patties and cook on medium heat for 3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
