Rev up with this refreshing, energy-packed Watermelon Mint Cooler!
No water and no sugar added.
>> Supercharging Watermelon Mint Cooler
In a blender:
- 1/8 chilled sweet watermelon (Can refrigerate for a few hours to chill)
- 2 ice cubes
- 1/8 tsp maca root*
- pinch of camu camu berry*
- Optional: handful of fresh mint leaves, but can also enjoy as is (without the mint)
Blend well to make sure seeds are ground up finely (Watermelon seeds are edible and are packed with protein, B vitamins, and minerals). Optional to sprinkle with a tsp of chia seeds after blending. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
