This Oil Free Sweet Paprika Hummus is perfectly smooth and creamy. Made with a few simple ingredients, you can easily make this then store it to have with your favourite sandwiches, wraps or meals. Enjoy!
- 1 240g can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 4 tbsp tahini
- 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
- 2 tbsp ground cumin seed
- 1/4 cup water, or to adjust consistency
- 1/4 tsp salt, or to taste
- Peel chickpeas for a smooth consistency.
- Add all the ingredients in a food process.
- Process until fine. Scrape sides once in a while.
