1 Thaw burger patties
2 Crumble the chickpea patties using fork
2 Cut the onion into slices, push them out into individual rings & put them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper
3 Push the chickpea patties mixture into the rings (tightly)
4 Freeze the rings until they’re solid (we left ours overnight)
5 Mix the plain flour & soy milk together in a mixing bowl
6 Dip the frozen rings in the batter
7 Dip the battered rings in panko breadcrumbs
8 Fry them until they’re golden brown & really crispy
9 Let them cool a bit & then serve with a hummus dip
