Chia Kalabasa Bowl
1 1/3 cup Oats
1 cup Kalabasa (pre-boiled & mashed)
1 cup Coconut milk
1 cup Soy mik
2 tbs Chis seeds
1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Vanilla extract
*Coconut sugar/syrup and salt to taste
1. In a heated pan, pour in coconut milk and soy milk and bring to a low boil.
2. Add in oats, mashed kalabasa, chi and simmer
3. Add cinnamon, vanilla, salt, coconut sugar/syrup and simmer for additional 3-5 minutes until oatsare cooked through. Serve and enjoy!
